For example, neck exercise should be done before walking. For example, make circular movements on your head. First turn your head to make a 1/4 circle to one side. Repeat this movement 10-15 times, then turn to the other side. Then move on to arm movements. Make circular movements with each arm 10-15 times. After that, you should do hip exercises. Take your right leg half a step back. Bend your other leg at the knee and flex your body, putting your weight on your right hip.
